Inspection of Mines for systematic development, conservation of minerals and protection of mines environment under the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 and rules made there under. To prefer court complaints for violations of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act and rules made there under. To inspect and to collect the samples under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. To advise the mine owners on the adoption of appropriate technology for prospecting and mining; to advise on beneficiation and utilization of sub marginal grade ore and rejects; protection of environment in mining areas. To undertake site inspections in connection with processing of mining plan/scheme of mining. To approve the scheme of mining in respect of category 'B' mines as and when empowered. To monitor the mining activities in accordance with approved mining plan/scheme of mining. To process stoping proposals for underground mines. Technical data processing and retrieval as and when required.

Ensuring proper execution of various contracts of all the gypsum mines pertaining to SBU & PC-Gypsum.

Worked as a Sr. Under Manager at AB-Incline mine (an underground coal mine deploying SDL's & LHD's for coal winning operations and depillaring with sand stowing)) of M/s Western Coalfields Limited ( A subsidiary of coal india Limited), looked after the work of Ventilation Officer, coal production & despatches to power plant as well as other parties.

Besides I have done PG Diploma in Personal Management & Industrial Relations. After that cleared both the First class Manager's certificate of Competency (FCC-Metal & FCC-Coal) from DGMS, Dhanbad. Availed RQP from Indian Bureau of Mines, Ajmer and prior to that I worked in gypsum mines & planning cell of SBU & PC - Gypsum of RSMML at Bikaner from Sep; 2001 to May 2008. Prior to that i worked in Jhamarkotra Rockphosphate mine near Udaipur from Aug; 96 to Sep; 2001.

During this period, I have availed enough opportunities to work in underground as well as in opencast mines, conventional Board & Pillar Method to Longwall mining, 25T dumpers to Dragline working, 0.1MT to 14 MT annual producion targetted mines and to the most I got training at "Indian Institute of Coal Management, Ranchi" for more than 03 months right from induction training to human & conceptual training.

This is second big PSU (a joint venture of Government of India & Andhra Pradesh State) in India working for Coal production after "Coal India Limited", The adoption of latest technology its unique identity. For example:- Blasting Gallery Method (French), In -Pit crusher technology (Japan), British & Chinese Longwall methods, Draglines, 120T dumpers are working successfully.

Worked in Fire & Ball clay of Kolayat (Bikaner ) area, which is supplied all over India for use of Ceramic, Insulator industries. There i worked right from arrangement of labour, accounts, production, marketing as well as close coordination with statutory & Governmental agencies.
