Key responsibilities:Planning and designing the buildings to laws and regulations.Discuss with Architect partners and prepare for the revision drawings.Attend the weekly zoom meeting for technical and project progress with consultant and highlight drawing issue.Prepare mood boards, furniture’s isometric drawings according to client’s needs.Produce all detailed drawings and finishing drawings of each single room for Interior Design projects.Prepare material specifications and area calculations.

Key responsibilities:Check site, measure, collect data and study site environment.Provide space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs.Produce design concepts and 3D design drawing with SketchUp & 3Ds Max, and detail drawings with AutoCAD for installations.Develop architectural drawings and 3D design of interior decoration and exterior building designs.Visualize 3D Design Render using Escape and Vray.Create customized furniture design according to the client’s needs.Prepare the detailed drawings for all building and furniture.Check in for all design drawings & construction drawings before final issuing to the Client or Contractors.Supervise site progress to construct according to the update drawings.Resolve the complains from actual site conditions and controlling them to complete within deadline.Prepare project progress for all projects and report to Principal Architect.

Key responsibilities:Design the layout of the event space, including placement of tables, seating arrangements, stage setup, and any decorative elements such as lighting, floral arrangements, props, and signage.Provide conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs.Create furniture designs and event booth designs.Attend site meeting for event setup and installations.Combine creativity, logistical expertise, and attention to detail.Oversee the setup and installation of décor elements, ensuring that everything is executed according to the design plan.Produce container house design and swimming pool design for client.Prepare render photos for each building and each room.

Key responsibilities:Visit site, measure and study site environment.Produce Architectural Planning and attend site meetings and solved site issues.Supervise site progress to construct according to the update drawings.Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by clients.Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines.

Key responsibilities:Prepare working drawings for tender projects.Presentation for drawings and models; as-built drawings for hotel projects and residential projects.Assist senior architect in design process like 2D drafting and 3D modeling.Provide submission drawings and detail drawings as needed on site.Manage full sets of presentations and tender documentation.
