I am computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Publisher), online conferencing software (Skype, Teams and Zoom) and able to work on the internet. I exhibit good managerial, coordination and M&E skills acquired through extensive management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation positions held in the past and whose results were good. I have good planning, organizational and implementing abilities.I also have good training skills in natural resources management, food production, diversified livelihoods, household economic strengthening, life skills, HIV/AIDS issues as well as counseling skills obtained through training and a greater involvement on issues of HIV/AIDS and parenting.I have acquired skills in climate-change mitigation-strategies, climate-smart agricultural technologies, policy development, farmer field schools approach and social protection.I have experience in conducting needs and impact assessments, writing proposals and producing articles for publication. I developed brochures, booklets, catalogues, posters and End of Year/Project reports as point of reference to inform future programming.   To support project identification and formulation; the day-to-day operations of the field projects; the FAO Representation’s effective and efficient project planning, formulation, and implementation progress monitoring and outcome evaluation through:- Acting as a focal point for all matters related to the daily operation of the activities and field project(s) assigned Acting as a focal point for UN M&E group and/or other groups/task forces, as assigned Prepares / reports on project task force meetings and ensures the availability of secretarial support and other logistics Ensuring timely provision of inputs for personnel, technical support services, sub-contracts, training, equipment/supplies and other needs related to project operations Participating in the preparation of project work plans, monitors progress and, where, necessary, identifies corrective measures to overcome operational constraints Establishing monitoring plans for project / activities based on annual or quarterly work plans Regularly reviewing project transaction listings and assists otherwise with the management of the project budget and prepares revisions as required Coordinating the timely preparation and submission of activity or project progress and terminal reports required (as specified in the project agreements), as well as contributing to the preparation of analytical reports on the Representation’s portfolio as a whole Coordinating actions related to timely field project completion/closure, including identification of project follow-up requirements Contributing to the identification, preparation, formulation and/or assessment of new projects Contributing to the collection of data on project outputs and outcomes Ensuring the quality of data/documentation in the Field Programme Management Information System (FPMIS) for all pipeline and operational field projects in the country
