In my current role, I am responsible for creating and maintaining master data records in the FPIM Oracle database, ensuring they align with national standards while consistently meeting all applicable SLAs and maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of over 90%. I analyse and report on national finance and supply chain data to coordinate data migration initiatives, identify data quality issues, and implement corrective measures.I have successfully implemented process improvements by developing Python and VBA macro scripts, as well as advanced Excel functions, to standardise and automate the management of large datasets, significantly enhancing productivity in data quality control initiatives. Additionally, I led the implementation of SharePoint-based workflow automation for file management processes, resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency.My role also involves liaising with the service delivery team and external FPIM customers and stakeholders at the national level to ensure high levels of master data accuracy and process compliance. I conduct ongoing training sessions on SQL and MS Excel for team members, aiming to improve process efficiency and overall team productivity. Moreover, I completed the internal accreditation process with over 90% marks in multiple Oracle functional areas, including Suppliers, Customers, Contracts, and Price Schedules.

In my role at Auckland Council, I successfully categorized survey responses for the Future Development Strategy consultation project with a success rate exceeding 90%. I maintained a high level of data accuracy by meticulously cleaning and manipulating large datasets using MS Excel, ensuring that the data was reliable and ready for analysis.

I successfully delivered all four assigned project scopes to both local and international clients, achieving a 100% completion rate and consistently ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. I maintained a strong track record of on-time delivery, with a success rate exceeding 93%, by carefully monitoring project milestones, documenting progress, and proactively communicating with stakeholders when potential delays were anticipated. My experience includes skillfully managing projects of varying complexity and duration, from rapid 1-week sprints to standard 2-week sprints, using Jira to effectively manage tasks and track progress. I developed and launched a YouTube channel targeting Sri Lanka's educational industry, growing it to over 194K subscribers and amassing more than 1.6 million views. In addition, I launched paid apps and a course website to further expand our reach. I solely managed all aspects of the startup, including content creation, coaching program development, branding, sales, social media advertising, and accounts/finance. Through effective coaching program delivery, I achieved a 95% client success rate.

Modelled and analyzed the structures and loading with computer aided finite element models (SAP2000, ETABS). Performed hand calculations to supplement design process where necessary.
