• Coordination and Handling of disciplinary cases, Representing the Company at CCMA, Handling the Disciplinary case procedure, administrating all Labour relation duties (minute taking, filing handling, and records). Receive Dockets and do all the necessary Arrangements for Disciplinary Hearing. Give guidelines in and implement the labour policy. Advise with the Company Policy and procedure.• Stuffing and recruitment: reviewed resumes, scheduled interviews, and verified employment create evaluations and Job descriptions prepared reports and statistical records, Handle employee inquiries in a timely manner, coordinated and prepare Job postings and compensation files, sort and maintain resume files. Assist with meetings and interviews as needed, including organization and scheduling of appointments. Control and manage all Shaft-related functions specific to the section. Run the administration of the sections accountable for. Monitoring, Updating, and Reporting of section gangs within the section. Controlling/Managing all non-available labour. Liaise with section supervisors i.e., Shaft oversea, Mine oversea, and section manager.
