Our client desired to update and increase the effort in our platforms. We planned two different Web Applications. The first one, ConsulenzaBase, was a simplified version of Sei and the first one to be realized.The project used GWT and Ext GWT (GXT) frameworks to create the Web Application; the back end was realized through Spring controlled beans and the persistence layer was implemented with Hibernate.Responsibilities:Defined the entire migration plan and activities.Collaborated closely with client's IT managers to propose effective solutions.Oversaw the implementation process from development to production release.Supervised the Application Management team in Rome (2 people) and the Best Shore team in Egypt (5 people).
