iNetsoft Solutions Inc Role: Business Development Executive / Accounts ManagerResponsibilities:Collecting the job from Clients/vendors and analyzing the requirement.Distributing the requirements to the Recruiting teamSearch for qualified candidates in appropriate with the job on Monster, Dice, Corp-Corp, Lucid jobs andalso on local database.Short-listing the resumes to find the right candidate, which matches the job role and the skill set.Guiding candidates through the selection process in terms of updating their resumes, qualifying them for ajob opportunityPrepare and format resumes in Word for client review.Searching the profiles in our database and sending to the recruiting team.Managing and maintaining the team of 3 Recruiters.Mentoring them to get the high end profiles from the portals and make them to submit for my vendor/clientRequirements.Making Submissions to the vendors/Clients and getting the feedback from their end.Build healthy relationships with Vendors/Clients in order to place consultants for current and futureopenings.Collecting NCA/NDA from the employers/ConsultantsWorking with all the Consultants like H1B’s, GC’s and US Citizens.Worked with all the tax terms like Corp to Corp, W2, 1099.Signing the NCA For my bench Consultants.Managing Resources and tracking till closuresMaking cold calls and requests them to add in their Mailing List.Market my bench consultants through job boards like dice, Corp-Corp etc. Submitting them to 3rd partyvendors/vendors/clients.Posting the Hotlist to the employers and google groups and searching for matching requirements for mybench Consultants.Interact with vendors/Clients basing on their Requirements and submit the precise matching Consultantand look forward from them to Schedule an Interview.
