Problem solving for senior government officials, State Boards and Corporations, effective project management techniques and refining public private partnerships.• Drafted vision document for setting up Centre for Law & Regulatory Affairs in close collaboration with Regulatory Departments and Authorities of Haryana State.• Drafted Training Needs Analysis (TNA) manuals for the Office of Advocate General, Administrator General & Official Trustee, State Vigilance Bureau, Vigilance Department (now Anti-Corruption Bureau), State Legal Service Authority, Departments of Home Affairs (Police, Prosecution), Mines & Geology, Food & Drug Administration and Law & Legislative Affairs (Haryana).• Designed and implemented the Training Calendar (as per State Training Policy 2020) for all four groups of employees of 8 departments and two authorities to give training at the time of induction, promotion and tenure based trainings at various stages.• Designed proposal for DoPT (GOI) mandated and funded trainings for State Government officials on Public Private Partnership, Right to Service Act, Rehabilitation & Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.• Designed and executed Faculty Development Programme for members of faculty and administrative officials of HIPA on the relevance and local context of Legal Literacy, Alternative Dispute Redressal (ADR) and Labour & Regulatory Laws in the state.

Led cross-functional teams to ideate, implement and evaluate district and state- wide programs and flagship schemes relating to various problem areas in education, health, women’s safety, skilling, agriculture, sanitation, employment, urban and rural development.- Co-authored research paper on The Effect of the Teachers Transfer Policy (2016) on Perceived Work Satisfaction Among Government School Teachers in Haryana.- Achieved an increase in grade-level competency of primary school students to 90% and improved board exam results by 20% across Haryana; Expanded tech-based teacher training and engagement reach.- Established and institutionalized efficient functioning of the One Stop Centre (OSC) under the Department of Women & Child Development, Devised public outreach activities in order to expand access to OSC services.- Facilitated government-to-citizen (G2C) service delivery through Antyodaya Saral, improving scores across the state by adopting reporting mechanisms for department-wise pendency on the centralised dashboard to streamline service delivery; Managed a team of 25+ programmers and operators to overhaul all five AS Kendras (service delivery centres) within the district.- Engineered a pilot project from start to end, managing a team of 10+ district officials to create Vidya Vahini, a subsidised transportation service for girl students in Kaithal district by creating solution designs for routes and liaising between the district administration and funding partner (Indraprastha Gas Limited). Recognised by the Ministry of WCD, GOI as one of the 25 innovative approaches spreading the message of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao in India.- Worked on Swachh Survekshan 2020 to improve the national rank of Kaithal Municipal Council by 156 places by ensuring 100% door to door collections, SLA, STP and MRF facilities set up with regular monitoring and reviews; Achieved ODF+ status for the district of Kaithal.
