Technical Process Trainer
Current• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to new hires and existing employees on processes, procedures, and systems. • Design training programs on process improvements, compliance, and best practices to boost productivity and ensure organizational standards.• Work with Visa consultants, SMEs, Team leaders, Managers, and Directors to ensure training content is accurate and compliant with industry standards and Visa regulations.• Evaluated training outcomes and provided improvement suggestions based on collected feedback and performance data.• Develop engaging training materials—manuals, presentations, and learning modules—customized for diverse learning styles and organizational needs.• Organized and scheduled training events, coordinating with company schedules and staff availability.
