A marketing automation platform using Conversation AI to help re-engage and retarget customers of a business using Facebook messenger, chat widgets and Alexa skills.The platform was being used by a few biggest brands (Beer cafe, Burger Singh, PitaPit & more) in the restaurant industry in India.

- Building a conversational AI platform at Anaek around HR use case. - Implementing technologies rightly to scale the products (bots).- Using Django (python) and PostgreSQL as the core for the development and other technologies for scale.Attendance bot is the flagship product of Anaek and a top-rated app on the Slack app store being used by more than 10,000 teams including Ola Cabs, Standford University, Pipedrive & more.

Chefsway was in a process of delivering recipes of popular chefs along with all the pre-portioned ingredients required in that recipe to cook. It used to lessen foodie's hassle of searching recipes on the internet and gathering each listed item from various local stores.Being a startup founder one has to be the jack of all trades. I played different roles at times.- Involved in business outreach and partnerships: Partnered with multiple popular chefs and MasterChef to create a marketplace. Also, managing good vendor and chef relationships.- Bringing in and executing creative guerrilla marketing ideas and growth hacks for offline and online marketing.- Understanding the market as well as consumer logic in the food industry.

Bille was a mobile payment solution. We created one tap payment solutions where user can pay on just a single tap at Restaurants. Also, Restaurants can easily make bills and receive money instantly. This was during the time when payment apps like Paytm, PhonePe were not in retail. Things experienced and learned:* While building we gained immense knowledge of payment system. * Learned making good sales pitch with time after making many bad pitches.* Learned some most important things that need to move things from zero to one (Team, product & sales). The most important thing above all is that now we know how we can fail.
