He carried out project reporting and administration under the direction of the Program Director by co-managing and preparing reports for the program board committee which included consolidation of weekly status reports and creation of initial program reports. Pulkit also understood strong controls and audit requirements. He ensured the project aligned with established practices.

Pulkit provided Business Analysis support to the DQM team of the world's largest cooperative financial institution which was developing a centralised data warehouse in order to be compliant with the IFRS-17 Reporting regulations in the Irish Insurance sector. One of the key scope of the project was to achieve increased financial effeciency by automating all the calculations and moving away from manually managed excel sheets. Pulkit managed the requirement phase of the project by conducting multiple client workshops across various practices. He was responsible for creating various BRDs and data flows.
