* Participate in concept discussions and planning with stack holder teams to provide high performance scalability guidelines.*Provide expertise for use in sizing, capacity planning, hardware and network configuration*Design and implement overhead, scalability, stability, and stress tests using industry standardtools and custom instrumentation developed software written in Java and other high endtechnology.*Review test plans, results analysis, and capacity planning guides for in–flight releases.*Communicate status, risks to test complete dates, and offer mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all committed projects to cross functional teams.
