The project was to enhance the existing portal functionalities and improve customer experience of online grocery shopping by proving easy GUI for the product selection.- Analyzing consumer data on Tableau for behavior on online grocery shopping.- Facilitated and/or participated in joint analysis and design sessions to understand needs of the customer.- Modeled processes (Use Case Diagrams) to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes prior to, or in parallel with solution design and implementation, as necessary.- Worked on Key Performance Indicators in a client facing role and used web trends tools and performed site optimization on behalf of the marketing team.
