My role is to lead the accounting, secretarial, admin & finance team in the daily book keeping, handling of accounts and coordinating with the Statutory, Internal, File Auditors and NHB Inspections, Taxation Aspects like TDS, Service Tax payment and Return Filing and Payment of Advance Tax, Attending tax related Hearings with the IT Dept. Planning the daily, weekly and Monthly funds management and preparing of Monthly MIS Report for the Top Management. Arranging for Board and Audit Committee meetings and coordinating with the team for preparation of Board and Audit Committee minutes and Resolutions. Also was involved in the development of the Finance module of our in-house ERPs software.
