As the DMI Controller for Germany, Denmark, and Finland, I'm responsible for leading the marketing finance team to optimize the accounting, budgeting, and P&L of $180M in direct marketing investments for Coca-Cola brands in the region. I work closely with the business unit leaders and the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Additionally, I play a critical role in developing new reports and processes to support strategic planning and decision-making. Including, analyzing quantitative data to create meaningful reports, standardizing reporting, creating monthly and quarterly spending reports, forecasting expenses, preparing presentation decks, leading meetings, coordinating with different teams, conducting training, managing performance, team and leave management.

The newly setup CB SPAC Team is a central point for all CB SPAC business and will monitor activity, organise coverage, provide support to CB coverage teams and facilitate training for CB bankers

Reporting & Preps:• Provide weekly, monthly & Quarterly management reporting on the business portfolio such as Loan Trends, Treasury reporting, Exception reporting, and line of business comparative level insights• Preparing the deal deck for the bankers in EMEA & APAC region which includes: Current Ask, Company profile, Deal size, Board relationship, Banker information, Profitability and other relevant details. • Generate various Excel based reports that provide management with information on trends, major movements and quarterly segmentation report with several other key measures• Prepare Credit pipeline reports, New mandates, closed deals and dead deals as per group, bankers, BMA, Industry and volume• Approved deal analysis for the CXO team and a comparison on Finance and Sales side (Individual Initiative)Coordination:• Handling the approval process of the deals for International CCBSI Business• Coordinate the Balance Sheet Committee call between the bankers presenting the deals and the approval committee• Coordinate with Bankers across CCBSI business of more than $500mm to $2bn for their weekly reporting• Weekly calls with the US counterparts to update them on the reports and timelines• Coordinate with various internal teams in India and US to collate the necessary data for dashboard reporting teamData Management:• Execute client transfer, merger, hierarchy maintenance request from the bankers• Secondary research on company profiles for the client data maintenance• Handle Audit request related to the BSC approval process and other reporting• Ad hoc projects as requested• Take responsibility and accountability for robust quality control and standards• Proactive approach to identify and highlight major gaps and provide solutions

Reporting & Preps:• Updating cash flow tracker and maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly cash reporting• Planning and preparation of deal closing funds flow and capitalization process• Prepare a one pager for the deal and share it with the Singapore Investment committee to take necessary approvals. • Assisting in post-closing reporting from portfolio companies• Assisting in financial audit cycles and board pack preparation for the investment entitiesCoordination: • Coordinating with Singapore treasury team to transfer the funds from US L.P to Singapore entity and from there to the target entity• Coordinating with Tax Advisors on tax and GST filings and new tax incentive applications and Finance teams for management fee capitalization• Coordinating with Legal Counsel, banks, Custody agents, Internal tax and legal team and other stake holders with regards to investment License applications, Bank accounts, PAN, TAN, DMAT and other formalities for India investments• Coordinating with Fund Administrators to ensure transactions supports are provided timely for book keeping purposes• Coordinate with Singapore Treasury to get the necessary AP expenses paid on timely basis.Data Management: • Leading and assisting in all pre/post-closing KYC processes• Coordinating with AP teams on invoice processing for deal expenses. Vendor creation, services and preparation of payment template for deal expense.• Handle Adhoc Audit request, entity creation and closure for the particular deal or project• Tracking and maintaining expense allocations and GST claims
