I have an enriching experience of 9+ years across banks, NBFC and fintech company.At PayU Finance, I am responsible for driving the overall business strategy for the offline market.I managed the North region operations at Hero Fincorp. I was associated from the inception of the Personal Loan business at Hero Fincorp. I was at the helm of the credit underwriting of the PL product.I was backed by a team of Credit Processing Associates in handling the day to day underwriting process among other responsibilities. I also supports the risk functions related to the credit part in terms of the Scorecard based Straight Through Process(STP). I had actively participated in the credit policy meetings, SOP creation and the UAT testing of the various scenarios in the SOAP UI after which only the go-ahead is given for final implementation. I acted as the one-stop-shop for the Credit, Sales, Operations and FCU ensuring the smooth operations and management for the region.I started my career as a Probationary Officer with ICICI Bank at Pratapgarh, Rajasthan. I was promoted to the post of Deputy Branch Manager (DBM) in the probation period itself. I was also sent to start the operations in a new branch at Dhariawad location where he organised everything from scratch. I handled 3 different branches in his 3-year stint there. I won the zonal round quiz of ICICI Bank and represented Rajasthan Rural and Inclusive Banking Group (RIBG) at the national round at BKC, Mumbai.I handled the education loan process of an international process at WNS Global Services based out of the Gurugram office. I effectively managed a pipeline of 25 schools to meet strict deadlines while personally guiding clients through the underwriting process. I acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the process. I was actively engaged in the training part of the new joiners as well. I won Process Innovation awards for 2 successive quarters – Dec 2018 and Mar 2019 and League of Champions award for Operational Excellence for 2 consecutive quarters - Mar 2018 and June 2018.I joined the HDFC Bank in the Applications Fulfilment Unit (AFU) of the Credit Cards division at the Delhi office. Apart from the maintenance of the daily TAT and accuracy, I coordinated with the Sales, DIP, RIC, Quality and Policy teams for the smooth functioning of the process to achieve nil critical errors and minimizing the restart/rework cases.
