Have extensive experience in advising clients on variety of projects involving global restructuring, inbound and outbound investment transactions, group reorganization, cross border transactions, deal structuring, succession planning, optimizing effective tax rate, GAAR risk review, permanent establishment review, POEM review and transaction support.Have dealt with domestic and foreign MNCs across sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, infrastructure and construction from a Direct and M&A Tax perspective. Currently, I am working with ELP, focusing on international and M&A tax. Prior to joining ELP, was part of the direct tax team at EY and KPMG.I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and a LLB.
