Project Services, Power Automate and Power Apps.• Hands on experience in Azure Integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM.• Good work experience with Customizations and Configurations of Dynamics 365 CRM Portals like Custom Portal, Customer Self-Service Portal, Partner Portal, Community Portal, and Employee Self Service Portal.• Having good work experience with Web templates design using Liquid language, Page Templates, Creating Web pages, Entity Forms, Web Forms, Entity Permissions and Entity lists on Portals.• Having good work experience with Web Files, themes, Site Markers, Content Snippets, Site settings, Content Access levels and Web Link Sets on Portal.• Having work experience with Field Service and knowledge on Project Service modules.• Having work experience on Field Service mobile app integration and Woodford Resco mobile app integration with Dynamics 365.• Good knowledge on SharePoint, one note, Office 365 Groups, Yammer, Relationship Insights, Gamification, One drive, Power Apps and Organizations insights integration with Dynamics 365 CRM.• Good knowledge on Power BI reports development and integration with dynamics 365 CRM.• Having good work experience with Ribbon Customization and Site Map Customization.• Good work experience on CRM form customizations, XRM Scripting, SOAP, REST and Web API.• Good working knowledge on writing custom action calls using JavaScript (Web API) and C#.• Good working knowledge on OOB CRM workflows/Dialogs/Actions.• Having good work experience with Plug-in & Custom Workflows, Actions development.• Having good work experience with writing Unit Tests (fakes) for Plug-in & Custom Workflows using c#.• Good working knowledge on Customer Service Hub and Knowledge base articles configurations.• Good working knowledge on Custom Email Templates Configurations.• Good working knowledge on Service Level Agreements and Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules.• Good working knowledge on Voice of the Customer integration with Dynamic 365.• Good knowledge on TFS and Working experience on SSIS, SSRS and Fetch XML Reports.• Good working knowledge on Dynamics 365 CRM Presales, Azure Web Jobs development/deployment and Knowledge on CRM/ Portals deployment management.• Good knowledge on Sales, Service, Marketing modules along with Products configuration management.• Good working knowledge on ITSM (Provance) and Click Dimension marketing tool.
