This is a very busy role - but I enjoy it! There is nothing more satisfying in knowing that you have provided great customer service to your clients.I love being able to help our clients and coaches connect. I do this by organising site visits so the coach can get out to the businesses or by booking a Webinar for the client to meet with their coach. Our clients are based all around Australia so this requires some skill in coordination that's for sure!I book all the travel for my team and they are constantly running all around Australia so this keeps me very busy planning this to ensure they get where they are needed without any hassles.I also assist at various events we hold for our clients. This is a great opportunity to meet face to face with them all and chat about any issues they may be having.Being the clients first point of call ensures that a great relationship and rapport is formed. Every query is answered promptly no matter how big or small.
