Handling and Managing the Manufacturing and Filling & Packing department with the production capacity per day of around 150 Tons of Liquids Personal Care – Shampoo, Creams, Lotions, Oils& Home Care and Antiseptic Liquid Products and 150 Tons of Bar Soaps. Handling Products of J&J, Henkel, BDF, RB and Himalya Various activities related to the day to day functions of a manufacturing and Filling and Packing. Manage daily shift activities to achieve the Production Plan Volumes, within the agreed budget overall planning and management of the Production department. Daily and weekly monitoring of the Production Output, Machine efficiency, Quality Parameters, Processing losses and the department manpower to maximize efficiency and minimizing overall costs. Determining various standard operating procedures, implementing and monitoring Production strategies to achieve the overall objectives of the Department. Implementation and adherence of the Company policies related to Quality, , Health & safety and Environment protection. Create awareness amongst staff for Hygiene, GMP to ensure strict adherence to supreme Quality Standards of Products. Planning and implementation of the preventive Maintenance schedule for the various equipment involved in the production plant and on time break down maintenance with availability of spare parts and tools required. Prepare reports of the Department’s performance on various parameters like Cost per ton Production, OEE, and timely reporting to the higher management. Managing various new projects happening in the department and facilitating the expansion of the manufacturing facility with assistance of the Projects team. Actively involved in various new projects from the Scope and Primary Drawing preparations stage till FAT at Machinery Supplier end and the Product trails and commissioning

Designed and Constructed for M/s. AMWAY India Enterprises with 1,20,000Sft. build up Area for Home care, Personal Care, Oral Care& Nutrition& Wellness range of Products. A world Class facility having Class 1,00,000 Air Handling system. Managing the overall Manufacturing Filling and Packing activities for Personal Care, Home Care and Nutrition and wellness Products of AMWAY  Co-coordination to the QC, Supply chain and Warehouse department for the Timely manufacturing of the Products ensuring the OTIF. Implementing and monitoring production strategies, plans and process Innovation to optimize the cost of manufacturing. Liaison with the Health and Safety Coordinator for safety initiatives Implementation and Safety targets monitoring for the Manufacturing Department. Weekly reports of Planned and Produced units delivered to the Finished Goods department. Active participation in the strategic planning discussions and setting out future goals for the department with the higher management team. Periodic reviews of the Quality, Planning and Production targets of the Department and finalizing the actions for identified improvement areas. Utilizing the available material and manpower resources for minimum losses and maximum profitability for the Organization.
