Maintaining and Monitoring Project/Change plans, project/change schedules, work hours, budget and expenditure, Organizing, Attending, and Managing Stakeholder meetings, Developing Strategies, and Ensuring adherence to frameworks and process flow.

• The Main responsibility of the escalation coordinator is to bring order, structure, and focused management attention to the customer's problems in order to gain complete consumer satisfaction.• Initiating hierarchical escalation process as per the incident management process, including senior authorities and asking for their support, if it is needed.• Updating and maintaining escalation process records at each stage, updating the same in management data, and reviewing and adjusting the escalation process accordingly.• Dealing with Accounts payable while analysing invoices and billing and disputes with vendors also managing existing product to enable long-term relationships with our existing partners

• Managing orders for Circuits End to End Delivery of these Service within SLA along with procuring of CPE's, Hardware Maintenance & FE booking from Vendors globally.• Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost, manufacturing process and Customer commitment date into consideration.• Maintain all procurement information including contracts, purchase information, intended use, deployments and other information necessary.• Creating Purchase Document and Receipting PO’s in SAP for all task.

• Monitoring, tracking and documenting the Order tracker to ensure the circuits are delivered within set timelines. Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost, manufacturing process, and lead times into consideration.• Communicating with accounting and finance departments to obtain payment approval.• Develop relationships with logistics vendors and work with vendor manager and warehouse operations manager to establish operations requirements.
