1) Regular collaborative engagement with Sales & Channel Management, Contracts Program Management, Region Legal Counsel, Region Contracts Manager, Channel Partners, and Compliance Management teams to create and manager channel partner agreements in the assigned geography while balancing sales requirements as well as ensuring compliance with company policies. Also includes, time to time training of sales and channel management on contracting process tools (in-house). 2) Provide consultation to sales, channel partners, as well as Agilent internal functions on contract terms.

Project Management for Strategic Management Initiatives - * In project manager role assisting the project owner in defining project goals, project planning, successful project execution, project time and resource management, data collection and analysis, KPI definition and measurement, progress review, reporting and knowledge management

Contract Review & Negotiations - * Agilent’s customer contract terms review for potential risk areas and negotiation with customers over these issues leading to contract modification* Managing the faster turnaround on such agreements and help organization in realizing business faster* Ensuring high satisfaction levels of Agilent customers as well as internal partners

Organizational Dashboard and Scorecard Program Management - * Translating business objectives into measurable metrics (KPIs) * Establishing monthly and annual dashboard* Monthly Tracker Data Collection, Consolidation, Analysis & Reporting* Custom reports for supporting organization in making data-backed decisions

* End-to-end RFX process including: Content Planning, Project Management including Time & Resource Management, Scheduling, Response Structure and Content Planning, Managing Iterations, Review Process Management, Inter-departmental Approvals, and Bid Submission.* Electronic Proposal using online bid management platforms such as Ariba & Frictionless* Executive Summary
