In all my years of construction, I’ve come to love the art of preparing a quality assurance punch list of defects that needs to be addressed. Four years ago, I opened Punch List Expert, Inc. which is located here in Central Florida. We specialize in preparing a very detailed list with blue tape to mark the defect and pictures to show the location in a report. We are not home inspectors, but consultants who punch the quality of the workmanship.
