Hi, my name is Tina Weaver, and I’ve worked in the hotel construction industry for the past 16 years. In all my years of construction, I’ve come to love the art of preparing a quality assurance punch list of defects that needs to be addressed. Four years ago, I opened Punch List Expert, Inc. which is located here in Central Florida. We specialize in preparing a very detailed list with blue tape to mark the defect and pictures to show the location in a report. We are not home inspectors, but consultants who punch the quality of the workmanship. Our consultants look at every inch of the property looking for items with poor workmanship or items not installed properly. Whether it be commercial or residential, we can help ensure that a defect doesn’t become a long-term problem or a warranty issues.
