Being a product head in Fenner India ltd. I was responsible for pre launch work like- Market study,Mapping consumer behavior,Branding strategies, Marketing strategies. I was also responsible for achieving sales target on all India basis. My current role includes- - Conducting feasibility study of a product - Branding it as a premium selling product across India - Making a marketing, promotion, packaging and pricing plan for all India launch of a product.- Understanding Consumer behavior and their buying habits. Positioning the product as a solution provider to our consumers- Achieving the sales target of 25% share in new product development.
