My Entrepreneurial journey started with Motorrad Werkstatt, a full-fledged Showroom, Custom Design Studio and Service Centre in Gurgaon thereafter further expanding it to 3 units 2 in Gurgaon and 1 in Leh- Ladakh. I ran the business successfully till it incurred losses due to Covid. During this period, I was also consulting premium motorcycling brands like Royal Enfield, Triumph & Ducati to standardize SOPs/Sales/After Sales and brand building including on-ground activation, events and networking with the motorcycling communities pan India.

Managed imports and domestic movements from centralized DC to 24 POS for German brand s.Oliver, which was a joint venture with Orient Craft Limited. I was involved in the setting up of the business, as well as the supply chain, both international and domestic. Successfully installed the ERP comprising of POS, WMS, Accounting, CRM etc

As Manager Private Label, Worked with Design & production teams to develop the private label “East”. Developed the Orient Craft value proposition in the industry that reached a turnover of INR 1 Cr monthly. Subsequently secured retail manufacturing deals with various domestic brands like Lifestyle, Reebok, Westside, Shoppers Stop, Landmark Group & Pantaloons.
