Responsibilities as a Major Account Manager include planning of strategies and management of Major accounts like YKK India, Haier Appliances, Panasonic , Dabar etc-Build strong relationship with top management & effectively done the complete horizontal & vertical mapping of the account.-Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.-Penetrated all company’s product & services into the assigned accounts to ensure new line of revenue stream from these accounts.-Drive Maximizing Revenue per customer and Collection targets from the set of Key Accounts.-Champion the customer’s cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery and top-class support.-Mapped market dynamics and developed innovative Sales/Marketing strategies to capture and retain a reasonable market share.

Responsibilities as an Account Manager include planning of strategies and management of large accounts like ThyssenKrupp , Hero Group and Jindal Intellicom.-Planning and conceptualizing various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability while analyzing the competitor’s strategies and proceedings.-Ensuring consistent business growth through productivity and vintage levels with a team spirit.-Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.-Ensure all business requirements are addressed and profitable deals are brought to favorable closure.-Initiate joint go to market activities, manage tie ups evolving top management of various departments both in Airtel and designated Accounts.-Evaluate upcoming market opportunities from future business perspective and gradually develop them.
