As the Managing Director of The Consultant, I have over 5 years of experience in providing recruitment solutions to reputable organizations in the education domain. My mission is to choose the best from the best and connect the right people with the right opportunity, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the employers and the candidates.I have a strong background in sales presentations, event management, and digital marketing, which I leverage to promote the services of The Consultant and attract potential clients and partners. I also have extensive experience in training and coordinating with the canvassing teams of the Akal Academies, a network of 36 CBSE schools run by Kalgidhar Trust Baru Sahib, where I worked as a Deputy Zonal Manager for 2.5 years. In this role, I was responsible for networking and liaisoning with the existing and prospective parents, the key community members, and the withdrawal students, to enhance admissions and resolve issues.
