A long cultivated love of wine led me to co-found Dhall & Nash alongside Brandon Nash in July 2007. As New Zealand's premiere fine wine distribution company, Dhall & Nash source only the finest wines from around the world and operate as exclusive New Zealand representatives for over 50 local and international boutique Wineries, with one of the largest ranges in New Zealand. Since 2007 Dhall & Nash has gone from strength to strength and look towards a future of high growth, great vintages and unparalleled customer service. Before indulging in my passion for wine, I graduated from Cambridge University with an engineering degree in Advanced Design and Manufacturing. This lead to working in the Design and Manufacturing team for the interior instrument cluster for the Ford Ka. This role included the design and implementation of the first Cellular Assembly Pod at Enfield. I then moved to Toyota and was involved in design and manufacturing projects for the Toyota Yaris in Europe, including specialist fuel pump/tanks (Hungry), virtual display instrument clusters (Czech Republic) and interior trim (France). I then worked in Advanced Design involved in innovative projects for various new vehicles before moving into an Account Management role responsible for Manufacturing Implementation and Account Acquisition, which included financial modeling and project management. My engineering training in combination with my experience in high-end technological manufacture and process has also enabled me to gain a deep insight into winemaking – from small single batch wineries to large multinational operations; the processes, nuances, attention to detail and passion of the people that make it all come together in a glass…
