-Established the viability of non-conventional energy on-site generation and contributed to future road map of internal sustainability targets and goals.-Established current status of carbon footprint values and targets by creating a user friendly customized tool for the plant. -Successfully measured the carbon footprint of RB-Manufacturing North America via a user friendly unique tool developed by me. This tool was first implemented in Brandon and then to other locations in North America after its advantages were noticed by top management. - Improved the warehousing systems and formed a system for efficient data collection, benchmarking, forecasting and analysis in warehousing and shipping. This was done by the creation of a new all encompassing tool which comprised of highly automated data mining and collection of the Key Performance Indicators of warehousing and shipping.-This tool has been chosen to be possibly implemented in all the other manufacturing locations in North America as well- Implemented cost saving measures to improve inbound and outbound shipments. Terminated/Proposed to terminate the periodic $50,000 p.a. losses faced by the company.- Sharpened and further developed networking skills because of constant communication with plant-wide and country-wide top management and selective communication with global members in the management.

This project was completed in December 2009 and involved identifying transportation synergies between Otis and Sullair with focus on flatbed use and implementing a tool to monitor forecast accuracy and formulate a viable network.

Kimberly-Clark worldwide was looking to consolidate and centralize its global DC operations and reduce costs at the same time. My work involved conducting a managerial analysis of Kimberly Clark's operations and find cost saving opportunities in the global supply chain and warehouses. At the same time, we worked on the task of benchmarking the performance of the various distribution centers and proposed improvements in their 3PL contracts .

Worked in the Gear Factory of TATA Motors, Pune (India).In addition to completing assignments and achieving positive results on KAIZEN and PokaYoke, I worked on a unique and one of the first of its type project involving the cost reduction of the G76 and G600 drive shafts. Along with my seniors guidance, I proposed and practically demonstrated the somewhat new process of friction welding and explained how that would help in reducing the cost of the drive shafts and ultimatelr the final cost price of the car on road. The project was wiidely appreciated by all levels of management of TATA Motors upto the Senior General Manager.

Worked and gained knowledge of the various departments of the company as well as its sister concern Magic Foods India Private Limited and completed a project on design of single stage roller mill.
