I have a total experience of around 30 years in the IT Industry. My past roles have given me a rich experience of evangelizing & helping Enterprise Customers realize business value from technology disruptions. Also over the last 2 decades, I have been part of start-ups and have had great exposure in seeing them scale successfully from the concept/ideation stage to become well established Brands. I am passionate about technology led transformation in all walks of live. My association with startups in the technology space and social impact firms working on impacting lives and livelihoods, give me the opportunity to both contribute and learn. I was the co-founder & CEO of the Digital Transformation business at Happiest Minds Technologies. During my 6 years stint at Happiest Minds, I was responsible for building a fast-growing, differentiated, innovation-led and sustainable Digital Transformation business with a global footprint, literally from the drawing-board stage. During this period, Happiest Minds won several accolades and awards for its Business performance, Culture & IPs.Prior to joining Happiest Minds, I was with Mindtree Ltd. for over 11 years, where I played multiple roles. My last two assignments involved handling P&L responsibilities for the designated Industry Groups. Earlier, I was the Global Head of Mindtree’s People Function. Prior to joining Mindtree, I have worked with Wipro and Mastek. I have been a regular speaker in Industry forums in the areas of Technology and People Practices. I was a member of CII’s National Committee on HR and IR/ER for 2006-07 and 2007-08. I have received the “HR Leadership Award” in the Asia-Pacific HR Congress in 2008 and “Pride of the Industry Award” in 2009. I was also recognized as “HR Manager of the year” by Deccan Avenues in 2007.
