#Building and Managing Inventory department at Treebo Hotels o Managed the team of two members. • Developing inventory management solution to avoid overbooking and underselling. o Developed an alert utility which compares the inventory between Property Management system(PMS) and Channel Manager Sytem(CMS) to notify underselling and overbooking. o 45% drop in overbookings. Performed RCA of the overbookings and issue resolution in sync . with the channel manager(CM).• Developed and Managed Limited Inventory Allocation(LIA) for maximizing revenue. o Conducted meetings with city General Manager’s(GM) to understand and discuss the seasonality and events of cities.• Worked with cross functional teams to increase efficacy and to understand the system to eliminate wastage of time.• Project Head of Reservations Zero-Defect Campaign(RZC) at Treebo Hotels.• Developed No Show Reduction Process(NSRP), brought down revenue leakage by 53%.

#Build and managed reservations department at Treebo Hotels Team Building:o Interviewed 70 candidates and hired around 15 in reservation team.o Trained and mentored the reservation team and the Quality Assurance Team(QA) about the PMS(Hotelogix). Managed:o Audited reservations to ensure complete and accurate information’s for financial reconciliation.o Managed all the overbookings and day-to-day escalations.o Managed in automating the reservations porting to PMS(hotelogix) through online platforms via CMS(Maximojo). Saved cash burn due to unregulated porting.
