Root cause analysis and rectification of any maintenance related problem in CNC machines and SPM machines, Gear manufacturing and Crown Wheel Pinion manufacturing machines.4. Carry out the metallurgical tests of the materials used for making of fixtures for the production of component with the help of Rockwell Hardness Tester and Microscopic inspection.5. Regular monitoring and adherence of the online hydraulic filtration machine for keeping up the hygiene of the hydraulic power packs.6. Inspection of the mechanical installations of machines, compressors etc.7. Inspect analysis and record critical mechanical information during the process of undertaking mechanical refurbishment work; this critical information would include the interpretations of wear and tear, mechanical damage to Gears, Shafts, recording of end floats, preloads, gear train, backlashes, tooth contacts and other at the start and completion of every refurbishment. 8. Modifying the hydraulic slides assemblies and the clamping unit assemblies into the servo slides assemblies and positive clamping fixtures for the component to reduce the hydraulic oil consumption by using all the mechanical tools.
