Led the site turnaround by improving infrastructure and by establishing robust systems for process and system improvements. Utilized Lean Manufacturing concepts for improving productivity, quality, and implementing a culture of excellence. Worked with matrix & cross-cultural teams across geographical boundaries.• Recipient of Chairman's highest Excellence Award for executing the SITE Turnaround in a short span of 1 year.

Site head of the location manufacturing CRAMS, APIs & intermediates. Head of Demand Planning & Contract Manufacturing for the company. Developed parties for outsourced Sterile & Oral Penicillin APIs & Pharmaceutical Formulation Intermediates (PFIs). * Key role in facility up-gradation, establishing new blocks, stabilizing and enhancing productivity and the organization’s transition from non-regulated to Regulated status
