• Teaching children from Early and Primary years program.• Involved with curriculum development, implementation of lesson plans with a specialization in project-based learning. • Involved with designing of workbooks which also involved writing of stories in both English and Hindi language.• Playing a key role in identifying student’s special learning needs and developing customized learning solutions, utilizing latest educational theories & practices.• Organizing community engagement events.• Conducting workshops on storytelling, children’s behavior management and educational practices.• Conceptualizing and writing of weekly newsletters and circulars.

 --Involved with setting up Pre School wing- i.e. –School infrastructure with respect to indoor and outdoor plans, selection & designing of furniture, activity hubs, educational toys for various activity hubs, class room designing, displays and bulletin boards. --Designing of annual curriculum, activities & events calendar. --Selection of Books, designing in house worksheets. --Resource planning & mobilization to ensure that all activities & events are executed successfully. --Developing content for the Digi-Board presentation based on the planned curriculum. --Developing both Individualistic and comprehensive student assessment model. --Handling Parent counseling & doubt handling sessions. --Developing different formats for Teachers’ Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting.

 --Curriculum creation, annual activities and events calendar (academic as well as co – curricular) for Pre Primary/Primary classes. --Designing workbooks, teacher resources and activities relevant to Early Childhood Education. --Writing and Reviewing of Lesson Plans for (Pre School to Primary classes).  --Conducting Parent Counseling sessions. --Preparation of Individualistic assessments for Pre School and Pre Primary Children.  --Suggesting Branding & Marketing strategies.
