Job Descriptiona) Availing new banking facilities as required.b) Handling new proposals with various Banks & Financial institution.c) Preparing & providing monthly/quarterly submission made to Banks & Financial Institution.d) Preparing documents & data for new proposal and for rating from external credit rating agencies.e) Analyzing the bank charges other banking cost (trade commission).f) Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records including transaction processing, reconciliations and operation of accounting process and policies.g) Maintaining good banking relation and Liasoning with Banks and Financial Institutions.h) Maintaining good relation with external agencies such as external credit rating agencies and consultants.i) Month end activity along with preparation of cash sheet and repayment schedule.j) Reporting management about progress of assignments.k) Conducting training of team members.l) Opening & Closure of Bank A/c’sm) Treasury Management.
