Interior Architecture/design and Architecture; Development, coordination and execution of multimillion dollar Commercial and Residential projects; worked with design teams as a Project Manager and Designer. Responsible for multiple aspects of each project pertaining to client meetings, conceptual development, budgets and scope, site development review, code compliance, smart design practices, construction documents and contract administration. Established an Interior Architecture studio which assisted residential and commercial architectural studios in the following aspects: Development of Interior and Architecture concept design, space planning, material development, renderings, lighting Design, furniture design, detailing, casework design and FF&E.Developed effective Lighting Design solutions for residential and commercial projects, from initial concept to completion. Worked directly with Principle on tasks pertaining to general operations, design concepts and office management. Assisting bookkeeper money management pertaining to project budgets, monthly invoicing.
