• Sales Co-ordination.• Monitoring of daily order follow-up & booking.• Looking after complete order execution.• Preparation of daily report on LME basis.• Timely communication to customers on daily basis for order, delivery & payment status.• Looking after High Sea Sales & its documentation for copper rod/wire.• Preparation of export documents.• Looking after Nepal-export for various customers like Havells, Trishakti Cable, United Cables etc.• Handling CHA and Documentation of Imports for copper shipment.• Liaison with the Shipping Company and providing the KYC, GATT forms, along with other statutory requirement.• Preparation of Proforma Invoice & Commercial offers.• Preparing MIS on weekly, monthly & need based as required by the management.

• Handling projects, electrical consultant meeting, tender works along with Electricalconsultants/govt. (BHEL, CLW) & Semi Govt.undertaking consulting.• Monitoring the channel sales as well as production & co-ordination with Supply chain management team.• Handling LC Preparation and LC Payments.• Preparation of MIS report as per the requirement of Management.• Day to day handling banking work (RTGS Payment, DD, Forex Payment etc.)

• Involved in all types of sales activity i.e. channel sales & institutional sales.• Maintaining sales & payment related co-ordination with existing distributors/dealer& appointment of new channel partners also.• Looking after supply chain management.• Managing delivery of value-added customer service to achieve client satisfaction metrics.

• Responsible for channel sales & expansion of distribution network• Managing and coordinating services and relations with existing client• Handling customer queries and finding their effective and efficient solution.• Maintaining excellent relation with client to generate avenues for additional business & retaining customers for future.
