Designated as DGM – process & Proposals ,looking after Domestic & Overseas proposals for Sewage, Water & Industrial waste water treatment Projects

Worked as Dy. Manager (Business Development), leading the Proposals & Marketing Division of the company. I am responsible for all activities related to Proposal and Marketing of Water, Sewage and Effluent Treatment Projects. With Geo Miller & Co. Pvt. Ltd, I was involved in prebid client discussion, site survey, local vendor development, process design (Process Calculation, Hydraulic Calculation, Layout, P&ID) selection of mechanical equipment, design and engineering of mechanical works, coordination with vendors and client, preparation of technical bid and detailed project cost estimation, post bid queries reply, sales and marketing of water, sewage and effluent treatment projects. Further, I also involved in providing technical support to the design & engineering department.

Designated as Product Engineer, leading the Environmental Division. I was in Domestic & Exports Marketing and Technical support to Regional Headquarters and Branches.The responsibilities as the lead Marketing Engineer: • Domestic Marketing Operations including leadership in Strategic Planning, Collection compilation and interpretation of Marketing information, Competitor Profile Analysis, Sales management in terms of budgeting, targeting, forecasting, achievements etc. • International Marketing of products in the South East Asian and Far East Markets, Middle East, Israel, South Africa, USA, Canada etc. and developing new markets

Engineer to Sr. Engineer (Technical Services), During these 2½ years, I was involved in Erection, Testing Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Water, Sewage and Effluent Treatment Plants for Domestic and Small Industries Sector.During this tenure, I gained rich experience with Pressure Filters, Softening Plant, D.M.Plant, R.O.Plant, Textile E.T.P. and FAB Reactor.

I worked in Ganga Envirotech as Environment Engineer; I was involved in Operation & Maintenance Contract cost estimation, modification in existing treatment plants, manpower management, liaisoning with State Pollution Control Board, and technical support to O & M staffs, proposals and marketing particularly for Sugar Factories Effluent Treatment Plant Operation & Maintenance
