As a business owner since the age of 21, I love to work with my fellow entrepreneurs, and am fascinated to learn about each of their ventures. I get deep satisfaction out of helping them navigate through the complex sales process, building relationships, and learning the nitty gritty about different and exciting ways to be in business. I guide each client's process, step-by-step, with open and clear communication. Whether my clients are ready to retire after 30-years in business or they are struggling with their current venture and looking to make a change, my goal is to help match the best Buyer with each Seller, so that both parties can start the next chapters of their careers with confidence. I have always prioritized accountability in all aspects of my career. In my 20+ years in dry cleaning, it was about offering superb quality; in my 10+ years as a restaurant owner, it was about creating the best customer experience possible. Today, I am that business broker who looks out for her client’s best interests 100% of the time. During my seemingly never-ending work hours, I focus fully on moving my portfolio of business transactions to completion. With two grown adult children, I do have actual leisure time, which I spend focusing on myself through yoga and meditation. I not only help qualify Buyers, but help Buyers determine whether or not a particular business is a good fit. • Guide Buyers and Sellers through the sale process – I facilitate negotiations, expedite due diligence, support negotiations as required with government agencies, landlords, and franchisors, and help manage the details of escrow until the deal closes. My 30+ years of small business ownership gives me a huge edge representing businesses for sale.
