• Act as a first point of contact for employees on all general HR questions about Payroll, Compensation program, Benefits assistance, Career and learning opportunities Stock/Shares assistance, health and welfare plans, and other employee programs.• Act as Subject Matter Expert for the HR Service Center and HR Operations processes.• Reviewing existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implemented for Human Resources. • Investigate and identifying root causes of errors. 1.HR Analyst (Helpdesk-Pan South)•Provide support to employees on questions related to various HR policies, programs and general enquiries through a Service Center model. Support is through phones, emails•Solicit and leverage feedback to identify opportunities to improve HR Helpdesk•Operate independently with minimal guidance by management2.Pre-board and onboard new hires. Create/manage employee records/personal files, joining formalities, employee ID creation and maintaining data sanity on HRMS3.Responsible for timely completion of deboarding activities like notification of resignation to stakeholders, relieving letter, service certificate and Full & Final settlement etc., as per the separation process4.Manage and monitor local service providers to ensure the quality and accuracy of service delivery for employee benefits, immigration, insurance, provident fund, gratuity etc5.Manage and monitor HR operations related payments6.Provide back-end support to Store HR’s. 7.Maintain HR Operations Tracker and Make various types of HR related inputs into the system including new hire details, banking information, one time payments, manager changes, etc8.Coordinating for Training programs.9.Ensure compliance to HR policies, audit requirements and statutory reporting.10.Administer Pan-South Benefits (i.e: Mediclaim, Special Discount cards, Petro cards.etc), notify and communicate with benefits team, benefits providers and liaise with payroll regarding new hire set ups and employee exits.11.Improve HR Operations processes, including identification of problems and opportunities for enhancement of process parameters12.Act as a Subject matter expert on the above tasks and support the team. 13.Provide support to the Team Leader in assigning work to the team members and in monitoring work and Service Levels.
