 Response to customer inquiry and order received via telephone, E-mail. Provide pricing to sales team depends on market situation of products. Provides daily sales report, monthly report and annual report to the Divisional Manager. Generate enquiries, respond to enquiries, and prepare quotations. Closely follow up with clients for the quotations quoted and negotiate pricing & contractterms of agreement. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Submit invoices and follow up for payment. Prepare technical submittals for the given specification. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Research potential vendors and compare offers from manufacturers. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information. Enter order details into internal databases. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed & ensuring the adequacy of sales relatedequipment or material. Preparing sales report on monthly & yearly basis and reporting to Manager.
