• Work towards outlined objectives, plans, directs and coordinates assigned technical projects from conception and proposal through the completion of qualification testing and successful introduction into service.
• Development of concept design, detailed design, and design analysis for or Aero Engine components and Industrial turbine components which includes design of turbo-machine system components, such as compressors, gas.
• Interact with system engineers to understand product specs, regulatory standards/requirements and customer expectations to meet project objectives.
• Perform design calculations/analysis and initiate ideas; evaluate new products, processes, or systems.
• Work with CAD team to generate 3D layouts / package and drawings, co-ordinate with manufacturing shop to cut the designs in smoothly.
• Checking and validating the drawings created by CAD team and approving for delivery to customer.

• Developing concept for special purpose machines and spindles.
• Responsible for analysis and design of System and equipments, preparation and checking of Design Drawings for Motorized Spindles
• Conducting design changes on the model for quality, quantity and compatibility assurance.
• Developing complete guidelines, templates and process management ideas, preparing proposals, estimating projects before delivering the application for approval by customer and deployment
• Collaborating with the senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the project status and progress.
