• Work towards outlined objectives, plans, directs and coordinates assigned technical projects from conception and proposal through the completion of qualification testing and successful introduction into service.• Development of concept design, detailed design, and design analysis for or Aero Engine components and Industrial turbine components which includes design of turbo-machine system components, such as compressors, gas turbines, externals etc.• Interact with system engineers to understand product specs, regulatory standards/requirements and customer expectations to meet project objectives. • Perform design calculations/analysis and initiate ideas; evaluate new products, processes, or systems.• Work with CAD team to generate 3D layouts / package and drawings, co-ordinate with manufacturing shop to cut the designs in smoothly. • Checking and validating the drawings created by CAD team and approving for delivery to customer.

• Developing concept for special purpose machines and spindles.• Responsible for analysis and design of System and equipments, preparation and checking of Design Drawings for Motorized Spindles• Conducting design changes on the model for quality, quantity and compatibility assurance.• Developing complete guidelines, templates and process management ideas, preparing proposals, estimating projects before delivering the application for approval by customer and deployment• Collaborating with the senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the project status and progress.
