Responsibilities:• Responsible for the whole recruitment process • Handling full life cycle of recruitment across business units of "Caresoft" (Global Hiring – UK, US, India)• Interacting with the hiring managers / Stakeholders and understanding the business requirements and working closely with the team members to source the right talent through different sources.• Involved in Walk-in and Weekday's Interview Co ordinations.• Implementing alternate recruitment sources & methodologies like X-ray search, LinkedIn search, LinkedIn advertising and target email campaign, job posting, and strategic research through Professional networksVendor Management:• Acting as SPOC for vendors and screening profiles with relevancy and checking the duplicates• Coordinating with the stakeholders for vendor profile shortlisting• Coordinating with the vendors and conducting interviews through different mode.• Negotiating the rate card with the vendors• Evaluating Vendor’s Performance on Quarterly and Half -Yearly basisTeam Management:• • Handling a team• Training the team members • Mentoring team to reach their Team and individual Goals• Responsible for allocating work to team members based upon the workload and guide them according to the project• Ensure that the team members work effectively and deliver the profiles within the stipulated time• Conducting skip level meetings & Huddle to review workflow• Escalation Management• Conduct periodical meeting among the team members sorting out the problems arises time to time and clear the doubts and providing proper guidance accordingly• Review the performance of team members and update the same with the appellate Authority
