Designed database system for an ERP solution, with a focus on enabling LLMs to produce precise and optimized SQL queries from natural language inputs using PostgreSQLAchieved upto a 2x increase in productivity by streamlining processes across crop, sales, resource and worker management. NAS - New Account Submission for Business (NLP):End to End solution for information extraction and processing for incoming requests for new account/ renewal insurance policy- involves extraction of multiple entities like insured, broker and policy details Entity extraction from text data with NER by fine tuning BERT and Llama2 to improve average accuracy on all fields exceeding 92% and designed annotation portal using Streamlit. Also Evaluated the confidence of extracted information from LLMs.Entity extraction from pdf files leveraging position information of extracted text to train NER model using BERT + positional embeddings and LSTM - achieved average accuracy on all fields exceeding 75%. Further improvement by finetuning Mistral with LoRA using layout information and prompt engineering to increase accuracy to 82%.
