Few of the projects undertaken:Financial feasibility study for - a J.V between a reputed marble processor in Lebanon and a prominent business family in U.A.E for setting up a marble processing plant. - a prominent Saudi Oil Company for setting up a Jet Refueling Facility at Dubai Airport.Valuation of - a prominent local bank for internal management purposes, - a shipping company, which later went public through an IPO.Due diligence of - an Oil Rig Fabrication facility for a prominent U.A.E Private Equity fund in connection with a proposed equity buy-out. - a prominent UAE based Private Equity firm in connection with a proposed equity investment.Evaluation of a proposed joint venture between a Bahraini business group & a Dubai based F.M.C.G Company, which involved performing process analysis, feasibility study, risk assessment and review of internal controls.

•Responsible for the over-all accounting & commercial functions of the FMCG division.•Preparing various management reports & analysis & maintenance of an effective & efficient MIS.•Establishing and implementing, in co-ordination with the senior management, the credit and collection policies.•Developing sales forecasts in consultation with the sales & marketing dept for GCC countries, which in turn was used to plan imports of food products keeping in mind delivery & production lead time & expiry date of products.•Preparation of divisional budget based on the sales and expense budgets, constant monitoring of actual performance vis-à-vis budgets and undertaking variance analysis.•Liaising with banks for various day-to-day transactions, documentation & procedural requirements of import & export L.C’s.•Actively participated with the management team in formulating & implementing an incentive scheme for Sales executives & Dealers.
