Including but not limited to thefollowing:• Development of online training program• Supervision of 4 Regional Training Managers• Development and execution of Training Department budget• Oversaw the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of all salaried Managers for all Corporate locations• Participated in the Menu Development Team that created, tested, and rolled out new menu items through Limited Time Offer Menus• Provided training support for all Corporate and Franchise locations• Oversaw the development of training systems for secondary new brand: Tumbleweed Sedona Grill
