I made sure all the 18 practices had what they needed daily to run a smooth operations.Check time weekly and made sure everyone punched in and out, put in vacation and sick time. put together all the 60, 90 and 120 Evaluations for staff and Managers.I also prepared the yearly Evaluations for staff and Managers.I put together all the CME paper work together and made sure everything was correct to go to Accounting for the Physicians to be reimbursed.Sent all the practices daily and month bills to Accounting so they would get paid.schedule monthly manages meeting, and then typed the minutes up afterword and made sure everyone involved received a copy.Kept files on Providers, Managers and Staff when new practice's came on board i was there to set up with new computer systems, phones and all the forms that Valley Physicians Enterprise used in the practices.trained Managers and staff on Healthport and then the new system McKesson, also set up Vitural Merchant so the office could take credit card pmts.on days that the offices where short a Medical Asst. or Patient Services Rep. I would go to the practice and work.I traveled to New Market and then up to Hampshire WV, Berkeley Springs WV Round Hill, VA and office that needed me I was there to work.I had to check the system daily and make sure that the 18 practices daily deposit was correct on system and if not then i would contact the manager and we would work together to fix the deposit.
