As a School Administrator, I had the responsibilities of:- Handled administrative tasks, for example, responded to emails, phone calls, and Facebook messages and checked stocks of equipment, food supplies, and others then made purchases with suppliers.- Acted as the first point of contact for the parents to support their needs and provide the answers to their questions.- Organized students' documents (registration, insurance) and foreign staff's documents (visas, work permits).- Attended meetings with the management team and was responsible for meeting reports.- Handled school maintenance projects. Communicated with constructors and controlled the timeline for each project. Reported to the management team. - Responsible for any tasks assigned.

A Program Coordinator at Ground Asia was my first full-time job after graduating from university. I've gained experience and insight into the Tourism industry.Ground Asia is a responsible travel company that introduces responsible travel programs that create a positive impact on Thai society.My responsibilities as a Program Coordinator were:- Coordinated between foreign participants, local staff members, tour guides, and the head of operation to run the program smoothly. Ensure the seamless experience of the participants during their activities in Thailand.- Acted as the first point of contact if there were any problems. Helped on solving the problems.- Created the program report to the Manager.- Assisted in sales by creating and adjusting travel programs, researching local suppliers that were suitable for the activities, and making quotations and invoices.- Assisted in operation by making reservations and preparing documents before the program began.- Contacted and kept good relationships with local suppliers and accommodations.- Created content about tourism or special events to promote the company.- Developed a risk management Plan for the program.- Helped the company raise awareness of Responsible Travel to participants. We encouraged participants to bring their own bottles and use reusable bags to avoid plastic etc.With Ground Asia, I had hands-on experience working along with foreign participants who were university students at Baan Rachawadee Chai and Baan Feung Fah located in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. These places are for children with mental and intellectual disabilities.I have also conducted a survey trip for a teacher from an international school in Korea to Phuket. To inspect the program before bringing high school participants to do activities in Thailand.

The second time in the Work and Travel Program with OEG. I have the opportunity to work at Safeway, one of the biggest supermarkets in the USA. My position was the clerk in the Bakery DepartmentI had the responsibilities as follows:- Checked the stock of bakery products daily.- Worked with a team to pack and seal bakery products and deliver them out to the shelves in the store.- Managed the timeline of baking pastries.- Managed clearing of recycled trash such as card boxes.- Cleaned the department daily before closing.Worked at Safeway Supermarkets, I have gained various experiences such as;- Understand the back-house system of the supermarket.- Learn about all kinds of breads and pastries in America's supermarkets.- Hands-on decorating pastries and cakes.

Studying in Tourism and Hospitality, I got the opportunity to do an internship at SiamRise Travel, a Responsible Travel tour company.My responsibilities were:- Created blog posts and updated articles on the company website about Thailand from the local point of view such as destination, food, event, etc.- Guided tourists to travel around Bangkok, as a volunteer tour guide with the 'Free Bangkok Tour' program of the company.- Created Tourism projects for the company during the internship:1) Bangkok Tour 3 local markets: presenting the morning markets in the CBD of Bangkok and showing the lifestyle of local and working people around that area.2) Wellness tourism program with responsible travel: presenting the route that includes the activities of wellness such as Thai massage, relaxation in the natural hot spring, the best area for clean air, etc. around Thailand.During the internship, I enjoyed doing part of the guided Bangkok tour the most. I've developed a good relationship with tourists. Learned to lead the tour with a group of a maximum of 10 people, and how to present the place and history and connect to life nowadays.However, I also enjoyed creating parts of both writing blog posts and creating projects. It enhanced my creative ability and gave me the knowledge to do research and collect pieces of information to create the project. Adapt the project to Business Model Canvas.

Morey's Piers is an amusement park located on the piers of Broadwalk, next to the beach. I worked at Morey's Piers as part of the Work and Travel program with OEG. I've been assigned to work in the Food and Beverage department in one of the fast food shops.My responsibilities were:- Took clients' orders of food and beverage and prepared them accordingly.- Communicated with the chef if the food needs to be made as ordered.- Worked as a cashier with a POS machine.- Prepared to open and close the shop by cleaning the shop and refilling the stock of beverages and cutleries etc.- Temporarily helped to be the host in the restaurant and seated customers at the table.Worked at Morey's Piers, I have developed various skills, the following:- Communication skills in English (speaking and listening).- Problem-solving skills when there were issues with ordering or with the POS machine.- Work as a team with co-workers and the chef.- Customer services with a strong service mind.

Escape Room Thailand is a puzzle game room in real life. Escape Room supports team building, the team has to solve the puzzle and escape from the room in 45 minutes.My responsibilities were;- Greet clients and explain the concept of the game.- Gave the clue to the puzzle if clients needed it while playing the game.- Collaborated with the team to enhance the flow of the game for the best experience for the client.- Helped with POS cashier machine if needed.I've developed a lot of skills working at Escape Room. It's my first part-time job. I have improved the following skills;- Communication skills in both English and Thai to communicate with clients and the team.- Work with the team.- Memorization skills as I had to remember all of the puzzles and clues for each game room.- Service mind to meet clients' expectations of the service and give them a good experience.
