Prepared annual college / career counselling planner, counselled all students from classes 8 to 12, helped them with their college essays, college choices, profile building activities and placed them in top universities worldwide. Helped teachers write effective LORs. Conducted regular trainings for teachers.Organised career and college fairs for the schools
