Designed and developed VB.NET web applications with an Oracle 9i backend and Microsoft RDL reporting.Developed, designed and integrated the Building Access Control System, an umbrella system which encompasses a proprietary camera surveillance system with distributed servers, facilities access and security monitoring for the entire campus using a combination of VB.net, an Oracle 11g and MS-SQL backend and multiple Windows Services running on a network of custom-built servers.Designed and developed a modular proprietary Rules Engine consisting of a service to carry out a set of actions at defined intervals, such as emailing an HTML report or generating and attaching a PDF report based on an Microsoft RDL / linking to a page which dynamically generated a RDL report or changing flags on a database. The Engine also consisted of a deployable front-end which could be integrated into any VB.net/ASP.net project and used for modifying or testing a rule and querying a number of rules and returning all results associated with it.Designed and developed a door supervisor project, which would control all door controllers for the Tampa campus. The project consisted of two services: a business data download service which synchronized data between a local database and several other campus databases and a supervisor service, which handled real-time communication and synchronization of items/tasks between door controllers, authentication of credentials and event monitoring. The project also consisted of a driver library which can be used to implement door controller drivers and imported into the system as well as a common interface to handle communication to any driver.Designed and developed two drivers for the door supervisor project, which included support for Lenel's Facility Commander Wnx through Odbc and Axis A1001 door controllers through ONVIF.

Assisting with AD Domain management (Group Policy, Forefront, Windows Deployment Services, DNS, DHCP, TFS and Networked Resources), a FreeNAS server and a VMware ESXi cluster.Configuration, deployment and maintenance of both local and remote servers located throughout the campus.Provided technical support for a division of over 400 users.
